Lưu ý1. Transportation:- The property provides shuttle bus service from Ho Chi Minh to Ho Tram and vice versa. Starting from the afternoon of April 17th, our bus location is changed to VinaTex building, 14 Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City (Corner of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia and Vo Van Kiet). Bus seats are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation is required in advance and subject to availability. In order to process the bus booking, please contact us to check the available bus schedules, pick up location and reserve the bus seats.2. General Regulations:- All guests are required to present an original and valid passport, visa/Resident Card, or Vietnamese ID card upon check-in.- Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.- Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort.- Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies.- Cooking by guests is not allowed.
